Our long-term care program is ready to assist residents with chronic conditions in need of daily physical and social support.

Designed for residents who need skilled care focused on Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases, our secure environment and caring staff help residents maintain their cognitive abilities to their fullest potential.

Residents who need additional services after a hospital stay will have the comforts of home and care provided by our full-time team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists up to 6 days a week. Individualized care plans, outpatient services, pain management education, and comprehensive wound care are also available.
