Independent Living Community
Distinctive Homes. Effortless Living.
Welcome to The Ridgewater Club Homes by BrookHaven
The Ridgewater Club Homes is a community of 10 newly built independent living homes within 116 acres of Ohio countryside — generous floor plans, beautiful finishes, and a private clubhouse built for the way you actually want to spend your time.
The Homes
Ten homes total. These homes range from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet, larger than most cottages in the area, with an open layout that doesn’t feel like it was built for anyone else but you.
These designs are conceptual. More information on how homesites will come together is coming soon!

Make It Yours
Early commitments come with a choice. Siding, trim, accents, flooring, cabinetry, countertops and fixtures have a choice of curated palettes to suit your style.
Details on homesite selection will be shared as the Founders Club takes shape.
The Clubhouse
This will be the anchor of our new community. The final plans for this interactive space are being developed.
Inside will be a fitness space with state-of-the-art equipment, a bar perfect for a full pour, grab-and-go food for the nights you don’t feel like cooking, and a meeting and game room with a golf simulator for the regulars.
Outside, there will be room to enjoy it your way: a fire pit worth cozying up to on a stunning patio.
Coming Soon
The Founders Club opens later this year and recognizes the first group to put down roots at Ridgewater, with first choice of homesites and finishes. More details about the Founders Club are coming soon, but be the first to know.
Ground breaks on the clubhouse this fall. Plans are already taking shape, and a full virtual walkthrough will let you tour it long before the doors open.
The Real Math
Owning a home costs more than the mortgage. Roof repairs, lawn crews, snow removal, gutter cleaning, and the furnace that picks the coldest week of the year to quit. It adds up in dollars and in phone calls. At Ridgewater, a single monthly payment covers it all. No entrance fee, no surprise assessments, no Saturdays spent on a ladder.
Home Base, Not Homebound
Winters in Florida or Arizona? Ridgewater works with your calendar. Lock the door, go, and come back to a home that’s been maintained without you lifting a finger — no snow removal to worry about, no pipes to fret over, no neighbor to call in a favor from.
Watch It Come Together
Site work is already underway, with vertical construction and a formal groundbreaking coming this fall. Here’s what’s happening on-site right now, and what’s coming next.
